Benefits of prenatal massage

When to start your prenatal session?
It is suggested that prenatal massage is safest during your second and third trimesters, and you’ll appreciate the benefits more the further along you are. You should always check with your doctor or midwife before beginning any new treatment or procedure when you are pregnant.

When to start your postnatal session?
Vaginal delivery – massage can begin immediately after delivery.
Cesarean Section – wait for at least 2 weeks after delivery or when incision is properly healed.
